As a volunteer firefighter, I experienced the love and respect that our region, our country, our world bestowed on me and all of us who served at Ground Zero in New York City in response to the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11th, 2001 and for a brief moment in time, we were all united in a way that I have never experienced in my lifetime.
I wonder why we can’t have that purpose of unity in our lives each and every day. I believe that in some respects it has almost been promoted in that way to keep us fighting one another and that starts in Washington and trickles down into our neighborhoods. Right vs Left, Republicans vs Democrats, Liberals vs Conservatives, on and on and on we go.
My campaign goal is to bring ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ together with our common bond as Americans honoring the past, present and future of our great state and nation and incorporating what we have in common into all of our policies and actions.
We are at our best when we work together as Americans providing inspiration not only to ourselves but to the world.
My goal throughout this campaign is to bring ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ together with our common bond as Americans honoring the past, present and future of our great state and nation and incorporating what we have in common into all of our policies and actions in Washington.
We are at our best when we work together as Americans providing inspiration not only to ourselves but to the world.
I plan to serve the people of Connecticut and America by utilizing my experiences as a firefighter, first responder, teacher, businessman, coach, father and husband which culminated in the life changing events I experienced at Ground Zero. My efforts will be focused on bringing the fine people of CT together in the spirit and traditions that made the Nutmeg State and this nation great.
Through my Candidacy I will offer an alternate choice from the self perpetuating political class. I hereby declare to limit my service to the great state of Connecticut, contingent upon if the people choose to elect me, to ONLY two terms. I do this in full recognition that power is can become an aphrodisiac and no one can long withstand the subtle seduction that comes from political self preservation.
I am asking for your support in my campaign to represent “WE THE PEOPLE OF CONNECTICUT” in the US Senate.
